It's extremely important that smoking marijuana while driving is not safe.I was a passenger in another vehicle while another driver pulled up next to us and she was smoking a joint.It became apparent that she was not in safe control of her vehicle as she pulled in front of us and almost caused a accident.She was driving over the speed limit and turned onto Fulling Mill Rd,which is a road that has had it's share of accidents.This is as bad as drinking and driving.
