It would be very interesting to find out how many people actually read the article in the Herald on page 43 about the Smith family dealing with their son who has ALS. How about all the spouters who think they have problems and complain about mundane things, send some help for this family. There is nothing worse that dealing with a disease that there is no cure. Dec. 29 issue. They have to deal with expenses, step up, show some kindness!
