I'm very pleased that Lower decided to privatize animal control. The township officers that were doing it did a terrible job! They never returned calls, never came back as they said they would, and took forever to show up. They did not know what they were doing; very unprofessional. These employees didn't belong working with the public. They belong back at Public Works. I wish nothing but the best to the new company. Looking forward to great changes!
