I read the Lower Township crime reports in the paper and very few crimes are in Erma, Cold Spring or Diamond Beach. Most are in North Cape May and Villas. For this reason alone, Tom Conrad, who represents the people of Villas should be pressing to move the police department back where it was in the Villas. Why is he not speaking up to help the people of the Villas?
