I pay my bills on time. I rely on the U.S.P.S. to get my mail where it needs to go. For the most part, there is no problem. However, when your payments get "lost" in the mail, it is very frustrating-and expensive-when you have to put out the money again, and pay late fees, through no fault of your own. Please, POSTAL SERVICE, be more careful in how you handle the mail that the paying public entrusts to you. If mail is for some reason undeliverable, RETURN it to the sender (whose address is most likely printed on the envelope, by hand or a sticker). Thank you.
