I moved to the Villas to get away from Philly because of the drugs and violence,only to have my son on drugs.He changed in only 2 years after we moved here.My sister stayed in Philly and none of her teens do drugs.It started to be apparent after the older teens were befriending him.He was always shy and I guess he was glad when he was welcomed to hang out with them.They would go to Wildwood to hang out and he began coming home late and appeared drunk.I followed him one night to see where he was going and he went into the Wildwood Housing Authority Apts.Never did find out which apt.he went to.
