I just would like to know why it is that people with small dogs thunk it's okay to NOT pick up their dogs waste. It's a law okay? You wanna have an animal take care of it, it is YOUR responsibility as a pet owner. What makes you above the law? If you chose to have a dog that needs to be walked then pick up the mess it leaves, rain or shine or windy weather. I don't feel its my job to clean up after YOUR dog. Pictures will start being taken with our new ring camera's so be prepared to get a fine in the mail. Have a great day!!
