I hear you on renting your property to regular renters and It ending bad, and I get it, but I just think that with these air bnb going in that we as the YEAR ROUND residents of the neighborhood should have been notified that we will be having strangers in the neighborhood every other week. Hope you have enough parking at these new businesses and good insurance for when someone gets hurt on your property. Homeowners don't cover that...
