I have found Animal Control unresponive. This is why outsourced services are not always the best for a community. Outsourcing doesn't take into account all the hidden value In house services provide. People only look at the "bottom line" number. The devil is in the details. So now I have the additional burden of pursuing the matter further, taking up even more. Maybe I should just let the Sanitation Departmant (inhouse) clean up a dead dog.
