I find it unfathomable that these golf carts don’t have restrictions—all open—no seat belts—no side closure. Saw a woman holding a baby in the back seat—if the driver swerved, that baby would have flown out of her arms. If the driver stops suddenly, everyone goes flying over the seat. I must wear a helmet while riding my bike-where are the safety rules for these golf carts that SPEED down the street?????
