I don’t think I’ve ever visited a county where so many people know how to work the system like Cape May County. For the size, look at all the entitlement buildings. People say there’s no work. Anyone with any drive and goals would move out to better themselves in life. My 3 children moved out years ago and have prospered by not living in Cape May County. I believe this town makes it too easy to have people make a career out of entitlements.
