I do think it was brought up about handicap parking in CM. I know what it feels like my husband had Alzheimer’s, so parking is a big issue, then you put paying or even finding a handicap parking space is impossible. Just because you know how to use the park mobile, it is not always feasible for everyone. There are those who do not live for their phone.
