I believe some people do not believe that there was a good world in the 50s. I walked to school, never was bullied, went home from school for lunch at my Grandparents. Don’t know where you grew up, but I lived in a great town in NJ. I have trouble with people never seeing anything good about anything. Never heard of shootings, felt safe walking to my friends house. I was fortunate to have a good family who cared. Yes times were good then!!
