How can Lower Township police be effective and see what is going on if they don't go any slower than 20 mph when on patrol on Villas' streets? They're not going to a call. This is especially noticeable when nearing problematic, known drug houses. The cameras around my property show it, time and time again. Do they need to be embarrassed by having the videos put on social media?
