Here we go another big snow storm in the Villas,and for 2 days and nights we had to put up with being over run with quads,racing up and down the back streets of the Villas.The worst part is how they disreguard stop signs and cars,they are a terrible accident waiting to happen.How can this go on, and no Lower Police enforcement? Please someone tell me.
