First of all, were all the people you know always a non transplant? Most everyone I know came here as 2nd homeowners and decided to stay. A lot of restaurant owners in Cape May are transplants ,I know that as a fact, thankfully so, it takes a lot of people to make this county successful. Also your definition of forever and everything, I disagree with, you just put our words. I am a transplant , my husband who has since passed, we put our time into Cape May, he was retired,but put his time into keeping some areas in Cape May looking nice. I love living here.
