Everyone seems to have the answers for parking in CM. Where does it tell you that having a handicap placard you can park without paying? That’s if you can even find a spot, another one says park for free. Are these people actually parking in CM or dreaming? Even off season you still have to pay, and still no spaces to park , easier to stay away.
