Everyone is complaining about the immigration in this country where are the Americans to fill all these jobs. My son has a manufacturing business in another county, trying to find employees and it is not about hourly rate ,he pays well. They want a signing bonus, health care without even knowing if they have the knowledge. It might get to the point of hiring some immigrants, they do work. The people set up an interview and don’t show. There are plenty of techs schools, he has hired 2, and they do a great job. Not every kid goes to college ,what are they doing?
