Every Sunday on the bay block of Evergreen Ave the blue house burns leaves, plastic, and who knows what else in their back yard. We started coming down when we bought our house a few years ago and it’s been going on since then and nothing’s been done. Please help. We love sitting on our back porch but it’s difficult to breath and downright unenjoyable.
