It is in a good spot, because in that small area of the block there are many kids, but it will not stop the person driving the red jeep, who, just last week got stopped, most likely for speeding. Also, the person who drives the white SUV on Greenwood Ave. and the black trucks on Fulling Mill Rd. You don't want to hurt anyone walking, riding a bike or someone pushing a stroller. Slow down.
