Do you really think that these same people who collect unemployment didn’t have children before the pandemic? Obviously either you don’t have children or yours are grown. My grandchildren are very fortunate, their parents had jobs that kept them employed, that didn’t happen with most people. There are ones who abuse the system, but ask yourself if you collected, would it pay rent or mortgage, utilities, car payments plus food, etc. no it doesn’t. No one prepared for this pandemic!
