Careful what you wish for if you want Icona to build a hotel, etc in Cape May. Pretty soon you will not see any Mom and Pops restaurants , hotels in Cape May county. They bought out 2 in Avalon, have some in Wildwood and now it could be several in Cape May. Parking, even after Labor Day, forget it for the Mall, during the week, no parking!
