To Cape May point, I guess climate change doesn’t include storms, lost a house but wrote it off as a storm. This year it will be El Niño, which has to do with warm weather and the Pacific, this again is weather change. NJ beefs up our beaches so we don’t lose houses, this is why we still have beaches. Go to Outer Banks in NC, see what has happened to houses down there, lost in the ocean, they don’t replenish.
