To Cape May about Stone Harbor cleaning up on a communal area in a condo. People feel entitled, I lived in a condo in Cape May, no longer live there, owners, renters or whoever thought they could just dump anything in the recycling building, and leave it piled high. Who did they think was going to clean up? Do people live like that, leave trash next to the container. It isn’t about using a broom, it’s about respect for communal property. It got worse over the years, you try to keep things nice, most the time some people don’t care, I live in a single family home now, love it.
