Can someone tell me why, in nursing homes and hospitals, you have people "overqualified," such as an RN, doing a job that was meant for someone else? Medical coding and billing and payment from Medicare and Medicaid ,but paying them an RN salary to sit and do paperwork? You would think the company could cut their budget by paying someone who was qualified in that particular field far less, sometimes by half. I smell a blatant abuse of power and corruption. Why is this allowed to continue and who do you report to outside of the company?
