The auto industry in the U.S. traditionally has provided some of the best jobs in terms of wages and benefits. You fail to realize we are better off in the long run to manufacture and keep the jobs here than beyond our borders. Too many of our manufactured products come from beyond our borders. How much of an impact would a manufacturing plant with 250-500 jobs within a 45-60 minute ride of Cape May County make? I think it would have a positive impact as well as the trickle down effect on local businesses.
