Again, CM makes it challenging, Washington street mall you pay for parking until Dec. 31, when everything is open, then Jan. most stores are closed. But, you have to be careful where you park after Oct. 31, some streets no pay and others you pay. For people who live in CM, you have it figured out but, for others if you don’t see the signs, you will be ticketed!
