After observing personal shoppers in the store, I prefer to do my own shopping. The stores now want you to scan your order and bag it. DO NOT APPROACH ME AND ACCUSE ME OF NOT SCANNING AN ITEM BECAUSE THE TECHNOLOGY USED IN THE STORE HAS NOT ENTERED THE 21ST CENTURY. I watched the video over your shoulder too. An apology was appropriate but not forthcoming. That's right make the paying customers feel like the criminals and let the shoplifters walk right out the door!
