About communal condo and the response by a spouter saying it was a poor condo association. Let me ask a question? Do you know what goes in recycling, do you know what is trash and where it belongs? How do you blame a condo association for peoples actions, signs are in the building. It’s about time to stop blaming others, these are adults, they all know better.
