The Parents and Taxpayers in Upper need to wake up to what is happening within our school board!! We expect and demand answers to why the school board felt the need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a separation agreement to part ways with our superintendent in the middle of the school year. Does the Mayor and Township Committee have any oversight? Or is the school board just allowed to recklessly spend as much as they want?
