Upper Township - Wildwood spouter- I will help pay for the cost of putting the offenders on a page in the herald for letting their dogs poop on the beach and hiding it in the sand. Those are the first ones to complain about how disgusting the beach is too I bet. I see people walking their dog everywhere and don't clean up the poop. Funny tho, they won't let the dog poop in their own yards and if they do they clean it up bc they don't want to risk stepping in it. If your not going to let them do it in your own yard it's not okay on public property. No one wants to step in it. Clean up after your dogs.
