Upper Township - Why do the Black/Kilgallon School Board Candidates have their "Black and Kilgallon for Upper Township School Board" Facebook page set to private? Every other candidate has a public page where the people in the township can interact with and learn about the particular candidates' stances on important issues. Do they not want public support?
