Upper Township - Who at the county thought it was a good idea to make the interim road dept director permanent? And at 93K!! Didn't you learn in the past year that the current regime was unable to handle snow removal from county roads? Didn't you notice that grass cutting, weed whacking, and litter pick up on county roads was the worst it's ever been? County roads undoubtedly rank last behind state and municipal in general appearance and condition, that is besides Stone Harbor Blvd and Avalon Blvd., (The big money doesn't stand for it). It's time to put the right people in Department head positions.
