Upper Township - A very simple adoption of a principle used in Texas would solve the beach replenishment issue. If over a certain percentage of damage occurs to a structure, it is condemned. Insurance is paid. A new, high water line is established and they wait till it happens again, essentially letting nature take its natural course. That's just common sense.
