Upper Township - The Upper Twp. Dog Park needs some attention. The trash hasn't been picked up in weeks. There are holes that need to be filled before someone gets hurt.The gates are locked until noon on Tuesday so that the park can be cleaned but that hasn't happened recently. The dog owners have been raking and picking up twigs and branches and even replaced the seat on a wooden bench that had rotted out.
