Upper Township - Upper Township installed a charger for electric cars and says it's for any Resident that owns an electric car but as of right now no one has figured out how or what to charge so it looks like the Township taxpayers will be footing the bill, the only fair thing to do is put in a gasoline pump so that cars driven by Township taxpayers that use gas can enjoy the same perk. Just admit it, it was put in place for the Business Administrator. We taxpayers aren't that stupid.
