Upper Township - Upper Township Committee member Hobart Young is at it again complaining about landscaping at a business in Marmora. Young should take a good look at the township properties. The landscaping is pretty sub-par at most of them. The mayor keeps saying they want more commercial development but they have a funny way of showing it. That's why Upper Township has a reputation for being very unfriendly to small business owners. We need a change in Upper Township.
