Upper Township announces there will be no property tax increases

Upper Township - Upper Township announces there will be no property tax increases, of course. Upper Township gets a free police force (State Police) courtesy of the tax dollars of residents from every other township. Upper Township needs to either create a police force or pay a fee to N.J. for providing their police service. The free lunch for Upper Township needs to end because the rest of us are paying for it.
