Upper Township - Township Committee set up town centers in Marmora, Seaville, and Tuckahoe to make it easier for business to be set up in these areas. This is a compete joke. Upper Township is not business friendly. Go around and talk to business owners in the township and one will get a clear sense that what the township is preaching and what the truth is aren't even close. The township could have a booming business district, but it will never happen with the current people we have running the township.
