Upper Township - There is a bill that would require all beach towns that accept state and federal beach replenishment funds to provide free beaches. Everyone should support this! Politicians shouldn't listen to Ocean City and other towns that oppose the bill. Beach towns are the wealthiest around. They can afford to clean their beaches and provide lifeguards out of their own budgets. If Ocean City and others don't like it, cut off their beach replenishment and let their homes wash into the ocean, or have them fund their own beach replenishment.
