Upper Township - To the Spouter who asked if “budget crisis” is over in Upper and questioned staff, raising funds on their own free time for the Eagles Autism Program-No budget issues are far from over and won’t be until legislators find a better way to fund public education equitably. Thanks goodness Upper has staff that will volunteer to raise funds AND do show up at PTO events, dances, potluck dinners, reading nights and so much more! Kudos to them for giving back!
