Upper Township - The spouter suggesting we need to keep funding beach replenishment and embrace tourism couldn't be more wrong. Tourism only benefits a few while providing temporary, low-paying jobs. If you can't find a job here, move! Taxpayers should not have to keep funding beach replenishment to save tourism! Who cares what happens to barrier island homes without it? The government should not continue to waste our tax dollars protecting the homes of the wealthy who choose to live in a risky location.
