Shouldn't the county's open space preservation program actually

Upper Township - Shouldn't the county's open space preservation program actually preserve some open space? When was the last time it did? It seems like all open space money is being spent on is everything except actual open space. Now, every mayor is lining up to rip off the open space fund for some absurd project like boat ramps, bike paths, piers, athletic fields, etc. Either spend open space money on open space preservation or eliminate the tax. No one wants their taxes to fund the projects the open space fund is being raided for now.
