Upper Township - Seems some Upper Township Public Works employees find it acceptable to express their opinions in public using foul language. Recently, while in a Marmora establishment, an employee was standing in line talking to a friend. He was bad mouthing the mayor, the committeeman in charge of public works, and the company that does their computer work. I only know this much detail because the gentleman was using very foul language in front of my pre-school daughter. He sped away in his township vehicle.
