Upper Township - Saw an Upper Township trash truck driving in Dennis Township, and the driver was talking on the phone while driving. Why are the old trucks still being used? Why are they in Dennis Township when the collection area is at the opposite end of the township, Beesley's Point? Why is the driver talking on the cell phone while driving? It's time for us to start attending township committee meetings and demanding answers. We spent all of this money on new, automated trucks, and they are using the old trucks, with full crews, in addition to the new automated trucks.
