Upper Township - In regards to the Cape May Rotary Park Bandstand - why didn't the developers suggest to simply add more insulation/soundproofing to their building which would have saved all those trees and kept the sound from the concerts muted? The fountain drowns out the music I noticed while performing in a volunteer band.
