Really good to see that the state's equipment is being put to go

Upper Township - Really good to see that the state's equipment is being put to good use in the personal garden at the W.D.C. Sewer Plant. Since the staff at the plant are getting paid while working the gardens, is the state also paying for the seed and fertilizer?
