Upper Township - Quite possibly the biggest reasons the US is seeing the current influx of migrants is because we are experiencing the strongest economic recovery in the world. A close second reason would be that the US is safer than countries experiencing violence and government collapse. Yes, immigration reform needs to happen, but people seem to forget that human nature brings migrants here.
