Upper Township - Now that it's warmer, the bicyclists are out. Crossing the white line and riding in the vehicle lane is dangerous and disruptive. Especially when there is sufficient space on the shoulder. Why do that? The message I get is drivers can go pound dirt! I say bike lanes should be painted on any throughway with a shoulder and anyone purposely disrupting traffic flow should be ticketed. If for an event, then close the road to vehicle traffic.
