Upper Township - No wonder people are getting out of N.J. Look at Upper Township. The politicians are anti-business, they waste our tax dollars on feel-good projects and they didn't fight very hard to help save the power plant from closing down. Upper Township could be the premium place to live and small business could really thrive but as long as the current group of politicians run things this town will never move forward.
